Our new favorite dessert in our house is Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. The first time a friend brought it over a few months ago, we loved it. After that another friend made it for dessert after dinner, and again we LOVED it (even got seconds).
Well I was trying to think of something I could make for dessert for my dad for a father's day dinner I was cooking him. He doesn't like chocolate, so I decided to make him this pie. It was delicious. You must try it!
